The solution, which is a product of wwwarcelona, was born from real customer demands and has been perfected with its daily use. Most companies that have implemented it use it daily with their employees, integrating it into their work routine.

We proposed a solution with a very competitive cost and an annual license model, which is now used by approximately 500 companies: Mi Registro.

Many companies contacted us when the work time registration regulations came into force, because the tools they found were too complex or too expensive. Faced with this need, we decided to create an internal software that would allow them to comply with the law in a simple and affordable way.

Product strategy and functional design

The visual concept is based on current best practices in the digital market, always adapted to the client’s indications and objectives. We define the look & feel based on the sector and the audience, seeking coherence, clarity and an identity aligned with the brand, with a careful selection of colors and typographies to guarantee readability and visual hierarchy.

At the UX level, we prioritize intuitive and structured navigation, simplifying paths and organizing content to facilitate the user experience. We work mainly with Figma, which allows us to prototype and share iterations in an agile way, always going through several joint reviews with the client before validating the final design.

Technical architecture, integrations and performance

The system has been developed with a robust, scalable and long-term oriented architecture:

App for employees with hybrid technology (React Native): React Native allows you to develop mobile applications with a single code base for iOS and Android, reducing development and maintenance costs. It also offers an experience very close to a native app, with good performance, agile updates and ease of scaling future functionalities.
Backend in Laravel: Laravel is a solid and widely used framework that guarantees security, stability and maintainability of the system. It allows you to structure the code in an orderly manner, facilitate future extensions and ensure correct management of permissions, authentication and sensitive data.
Web panel for companies: An intuitive administration panel has been developed and is accessible from a browser, allowing users to be managed, time records, configurations, report exports and data control. It is designed so that any company can use it without the need for technical knowledge.

This technological combination allows us to offer a stable, scalable solution that is ready to grow with customer needs.

The project was developed with a fully responsive design, adapted to mobile, tablet and desktop, since each company had different needs for using the time registration. Some chose to register via mobile app, while others required a physical tablet-type device fixed to the wall for employee signature or in-person registration.

At a technical level, the main challenge was to build a flexible architecture capable of adapting to multiple business cases: companies with geolocation modules to control routes, others with work quadrant management, tracking hours per project, control of night hours or specific computing systems. All of this integrated within a management system for municipalities at the state level, a functionality that is not common in this type of solution.

The system also incorporates integrations with third-party APIs, such as Stripe for payment management, ensuring automation and security in transactions.

In terms of performance, the architecture has been optimized to ensure stability and speed, especially in environments with multiple simultaneous users, ensuring a smooth experience on both mobile devices and corporate environments.

Market launch and validation

During the development of the project, different digital marketing tests have been carried out to identify the most efficient channels. Currently, the strategy that is working best is promotion on social networks (Instagram and Meta Ads), complemented by conversion-oriented email marketing actions.
The cost per lead (CPL) is constantly monitored, which is maintained at very efficient levels, allowing for sustainable and profitable scaling of acquisition. There is also continuous monitoring of conversions, campaign performance and segmentation optimization to maximize results.
Promotional and explanatory content is generated on a recurring basis, including success stories, key functionalities and practical benefits of the system, reinforcing trust and facilitating decision-making.
This approach has allowed more than 500 companies to use Mi Registro today, with a sustained growth trend and prospects for expansion in the coming months.
